ClickBond processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you supply these data to us yourself.
Below you will find a summary of the personal data we process:

2. To which purpose and based upon which principle we process data?

ClickBond processes your personal data to the following purposes:

–          In order to send our newsletter and/or promotion brochure
–          In order to call or send an e-mail when necessary to bring our service into execution
–          In order to inform you about alterations on our services and products

3. For how long do we store personal data?

ClickBond stores your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to realise the goals whereto your data are collected. All personal data (ref. paragraph 1) are stored as long as you remain customer  and/or make use of our services. It is necessary for us to have your personal data so we are able to stay in touch with you for our service and in order to manage our finance and administration.

4. Sharing personal data with third parties

ClickBond exclusively supplies data to third parties and only when it is necessary in order to execute our mutual agreement  or to meet lawful obligations.

5. Cookies or comparable instruments we use

ClickBond uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is saved in your browser when you first visit this website. ClickBond uses cookies solely for technical functionality. These cookies take care of a smoothly working website, save your preferences and help optimising the website.
Moreover we place cookies in order to monitor your surfing behaviour so we are able to present you custom made content and advertisements.

Social media cookies
Social media cookies are cookies that allow functionalities of social media websites to function properly. E.g. a Google Map with interactive routing, a “like” button for Facebook, a “share” button on Twitter or playing a YouTube-video which is displayed on one of our pages.
Social media cookies are placed by social media themselves. For these cookies and the data they collect, we refer to the declarations of these parties on their own websites.  

Google Analytics (analysis)
We use a service called Google Analytics in order to make it clear to us how visitors behave on our website. We are able to observe which pages are visited, for how long and at what moment the visitor clicks away. This information can be used to improve our website.

We arranged an executers agreement with Google for sharing data. We do not share unnecessary data with Google and IP-addresses are collected anonymously.

• Duration: this cookie will be deleted within two years

If you want to cancel cookies you can configure the settings in your internet browser so it will not save cookies anymore. Moreover you are able to delete all information you previously allowed to be saved.

6. Access, adjust or delete data
   
   You have the right to access, edit or delete your personal data. Moreover, you have the right to withdraw your approval for data execution or to object against execution of your personal data.

A request for access, correction, deletion, transfer of personal data or request for withdrawal of your permission or objection against execution of your personal data can be sent to info@click-bond.com.

In order to be sure the request for access has been issued by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID. Please block your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, line with numbers below on your passport), passport number and Social Security Number due to privacy reasons. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within four weeks at the latest.

Additionally, ClickBond would like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint at the Data Protection Authority.

7. How do we secure personal data?

ClickBond takes protection of your data very seriously and therefore takes fitting measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted publication and illegitimate alterations.
